i think if you ‘just breathe’ you’ll be OK. If you’re finding it too hard to breathe and you are a beginner then you’re probably going too fast.

i think your body uses only about 20% of the oxygen in each breath so there is plenty of spare capacity.

also you need to breathe through your mouth and not your nose. In most people’s case the former is bigger !
