Heart Rate Training and the Pneu Weightless Treadmill Training (via Road 2 Recovery/Road 2 Worlds)

Isn’t your HRmax just the fastest that your heart can beat at and a formula only an approximation for Jo Average? Formulae predict mine to be 178ish but it is really 193/194, maybe higher?

Or is it a HRMax for the purposes of the exercise? (Did you ever manage to do a Houdini and get out of that contraption?)
