You might have seen Nell McAndrew cross the line but I was chatting to her the whole way around….parkrun is perfect for that. The members of the far fairer sex normally can’t run away and usually can’t speak either! Double Whammy! (Sorry a bit sexist I apologise, Nell [not her nom-de-parkrun] is a very competent runner)
