*** ‘Sprint’ the last minute; this will only make a few seconds difference. No I mean faster than last time! And those seconds do count. Try and sprint with 2 minutes to go and when you feel your legs going just hold off (slow down very slightly) for 5-10 seconds and then sprint again all the way to the finish.
