The next article I’m going to write looks a bit at recovery / rest and why it is important and going also a bit into how to measure it AND what to do with those measurements.
Part of looking at recovery requires you to look at MORE than what you have achieved in your one or two daily sessions. It might look at sleep patterns and it might look at the effect of all the other stuff you do in a day if you have an active lifestyle. If that’s you then you might want to look at my review of the Garmin Vivofit or the Polar Loop, or maybe even the Samsung Gear. You’ll probably stick with whichever brand you currently use.
