I’ve been asked to look at some of OSMO’s sports products. I’m yet to start the consumption of them but two things initially spring out from the blurb that might make these products a little different from the usual stuff we hear and read about.
Firstly they have a women’s only product – outside the scope of what I am looking at but some of you might well be interested to find out more.
Secondly their product is really focussed on hydraton (and recovery). During exercise I know that I’ve had problems in longer races simply getting down the ‘correct’ quantities of carbs – either from gels or drinks. OSMO offer the alternatve of superior hydration to complement solid food (bars, etc). Not great for some of you, interesting for others.
