Any miniscule hopes of a medal at The Gauntlet (HIM 70.3 distance) for us were dashed by there being about 6999 other people also after the same thing! Apparently the event can even cater for a few more.
Anyway it’s going to be a great event and an amazing spectacle for the spectators. The water temperature must be good because of all the warm September weather. Let’s hope the wind and rain holds off for our end-of-season grand finale.
