I’m trying a new strategy for this weekend’s RIDE LONDON with my CURRANZ blackcurrant tablets. This time I’ve been going for a 2 week loading strategy when normally I only have them fairly close to race day. Let’s see how they hold up this time (well, more correctly, how they hold ME up).
I’ll be keeping up the good blackcurrant and beetroot (BEET-IT) work for the following week as well every day to hit the streets of London for the AJ Bell London Tri at the Excel.
