This is a good one. I’d normally do it without the step But actually the step is a REALLY good idea. You can also vary the exercise with the non-supporting leg going to the back/side and at 45-degree angles.

In the video the supporting knee wobbles slightly. Try to avoid. If yours wobbles then you need to work on this.
