Polar M430 gets continuous heart rate | FIRMWARE |

Polar M430 Detailed ReviewPolar have delivered on the promise to implement continuous heart rate (optical) in today’s firmware of v1.1.4. Alongside this the FLOW app gives you the all day view of that data.

There are also minor improvements to show you sleep continuity and the new ability to ‘rate’ your sleep.

This is nice, non-sporty information to have. Perhaps you can use it to give yourself an idea of some of the daily stresses that life throws at you from time-to-time – see video below

What  you need to do: Get the latest firmware and then turn the feature ON in the general settings.

Watch out for: A hit on battery life.
