Here are the 2017 results: (link to: Sports Systems)

I had a satisfactory race. Not the PB I hoped for but I was happy with it considering the usual problems in my build up to any race (injury).

Weather was absolutely perfect with nice crowds in places cheering on LOTS and LOTS of runners.

With 1km to go I was tempted to take the ‘tot’ of London Pride beer on offer from Fullers but didn’t take the risk.

Caitlin Limmer, the Race Director Cabbage Patch 10 has asked me to plug her charity which is in need of some urgent inflows of our hard-earned cash. She is also the patron of MDS Patient Support Group (Myelodysplastic Syndromes are blood disorders, link to: mdspatientsupport.org.uk). You can read all about it at that link or just donate via the Virgin Money GIVING image on the right. It’s a good cause.

I HAVE DONATED and feel superior to all of those of you who beat me but haven’t donated 😉 Go on…beat me on the donation as well.

I used Runscribe this year as well as last as a gait analysis thingy. It will be interesting to see the change over a year. I think my technique has improved despite the injury.
