Thanks for calling this out – I’d ordered on reading your review and then the coupon didn’t work. I emailed support today and they applied the coupon for me, issuing a 16.90 credit.

Buyer beware: read Quieton return policies carefully, especially if you are buying from US. These earplugs didn’t work at all for me or my wife. Returning them was a time consuming and costly hassle. I finally got a refund with the help of PayPal, but had to pay about $35 for shipping from and to Finland. US buyers are probably better off with the US distributor, even if the cost is higher, given what may be a high likelihood that the earplugs will need to be returned.

yes to avoid shipping costs which include duties then it’s always advisable to deal with a local distributor. even within the eu the cost of couriered return can be unexpected.
