When you say ‘training for..’, do you mean actively following a plan focusing on an A Goal, or have some or all of these planned for 2020 (plus the odd ultra!) ??

the model ultimately produces running plans. so you’d need to have a goal of some sort rather than be training for fitness for the info to be of use/of interest. i’ll forward your email if ok?
