FYI: Lumen now has a CIQ widget for working with Garmin (covered here) or a regular app on your Android/iOS smartphone.
Lumen is a metabolism tracker and can do clever things like analyse your fat/carb burn via breathing. The app is tailored for either dieting or performance sportspeople and, FWIW, Chris Froome swears by it on Lumen’s website. #QuantifiedSelf. I’ve been using one for several weeks and have a more detailed review scheduled for later this year.
