10 thoughts on “Garmin – All the New Q3 Features for all key models

  1. What about the Forerunner 945 LTE? Is this now no longer considered? So far, it has been continuously provided with new features, even if always with a delay.

    1. i have no info on this, sorry.
945LTE is pretty much exactly 2 years old and so on the cusp on receiving significant new features like these (above). let’s hope it gets them

  2. The features list for Epix/Fenix 7 is exactly the same as what the Pro series already has in firmware 13.22. So nothing New for Pro owners in Q3? That doesn’t make sense, given that 13.22 was the Q2 firmware yet Pro series on 13.22 already has all those supposed “new” features.

  3. seems like garmin is abandoning LTE development of devices? what do you think?
Apple is catching up with sports features. I know is way far yet, but still.

    1. DC Rainmaker commented on his website under the article about the updates for Fenix 7 and Epix a few days ago the following: “Garmin confirmed tonight that the FR945 LTE will mirror the FR955, with the minor exception that “Map Improvements will not include perspective maps”. As usual, they confirmed the FR945 LTE will follow a few weeks behind the FR955, due to the usual/required carrier approvals.”
