Wahoo Rival – best ever deal AGAIN – £99/$99/eu99 – back in stock

Wahoo rival – lowest-ever prices

This link goes directly to by far the best-ever deal on any triathlon watch (that’s any good) ever. Yep. A Wahoo Rival for $/£99 (ninety-nine).

  • Buy UK: £99 –  stock available
  • Buy USA: $99 – stock available
  • Buy EU: Eu99 – stock available

Towards the end of 2023, there was a similar sale that went down really well. The UK sold out of Rivals so I assume more stock was shipped over from the US or somewhere else. Don’t worry about a Rival 2 coming out soon…it’s DEFINITELY NOT going to happen. Wahoo is definitely not making a replacement model.

If you are a Wahoo bike computer owner and inclined to the occasional bit of triathlonning then this is a must-buy watch at well over 50% off. Heck, if I were considering a new plastic Coros Pace 3 then I would think again with the Elemnt Rival – Wahoo has a decent app, and decent features, Rival also supports ANT+ sensors and much more. Sure, Pace 3 is feature-packed but if you just want quality sports watch features in a high-quality titanium shell then $99 is an unbelievable price.

  1. I’m curious, if they ran out of stock, then manufactured new watches for this re-stock at £99, then is that saying there’s a profitable business model for Wahoo at this price? Maybe only if they disregard millions(?) it took to R&D and setup manufacturing for the watch. Which perhaps explains their refusal to make a Rival 2.0 but sell Rival at 1.0 for £99.

  2. Too bad there won’t be a Rival 2. I prefer the Roam over the Edge but I run as well and want runs and rides on the same platform.

Thought about taking a flyer on the Rival last time it was down to $99. Or maybe I’ll look at Karoo, the Suunto app has surpassed Garmin Connect for me.

Tough as I feel Garmin makes the best watches but the app and the bike computers aren’t the best (for me). But grand scheme of things, most of these are pretty good these days.

  3. I love the Rival, I just wish they would give more updates regularly and add a resting heart rate to the statistics tab.

  4. I like the simplicity of this watch, but for me it lacks two important things: the ability to calibrate the Stryd Footpod and the ability to programme training sessions directly with the Wahoo application. If they add that in the near future I’ll also be switching to a Wahoo computer.

    1. hi
yeah there are quite a few things missing.
i doubt wahoo will add new featuresets like those to the wath. i’d say it will stay fairly ‘as-is’
      no replacement watch is planned

    2. I’ve always heard (or read more precisely) that calibrating Stryd with the watch isn’t a good thing?

As of today, the easiest way to program workouts for the Rival watch is by using intervals.icu, IMO.
LIbrary management, simple text edition, power based Workouts based on Stryd’s CP if you want…

      1. updating your weight is not a good thing.
calibrating can’t hurt but shouldn’t be necessary if autocalibration works correctly on the watch brand you have
