WHOOP Teams

WHOOP is rolling out a new TEAMS feature to everyone who wants to use it. This was previously only available on request by the likes of pro sports teams but now you can set up a team of your training buddies to check who is blasting out the training and to see who is slacking.

you invite friends into the team and then you all have access to each other activity/recovery data…kinda like a STRAVA thing but for WHOOP Review physiology data. The data privacy issues look like they have been taken care of too.

It’s a really good move forward for WHOOP and, IIRC, similar to something that Biostrap did last year but the WHOOP implementation looks a little slicker and fancier. We all like that.
