Whoop 3.0 not charging?

My battery pack is fully charged but won’t charge my strap. A lot of people are having this problem, what can I do?
At which point the Whoop rep asks them to DM for offline help.

Whoop 4.0 Upgrade

Whoop 4.0 boasts a new sensor, a new strap mechanism, and more. All the details on the Whoop 4.0 Upgrade are here.

The fix is a 3-step process.
- On the Whoop app (iOS): Device Settings > Advanced > Reboot Device
- Install the new firmware
