Peloton has recently introduced new membership options for its app, including a free tier called “Peloton App Free.” This allows users to access over 50 classes across various training styles, including some from the new gym-based workout series. The membership also includes featured classes that will be regularly updated.

In addition to the free tier, Peloton offers two other membership options. “Peloton App One” replaces the existing membership and provides access to thousands of classes across nine training styles, such as strength sessions, meditation, and walking. It costs $12.99/£12.99 per month after a 30-day free trial.

For more comprehensive access, there is the “Peloton App+” membership, which allows users to enjoy all content except for Lanebreak (game-based) and Scenic (virtual rides and runs) classes. Subscribers can also utilize Peloton’s exercise machines, including the rowing machine, bikes, and treadmill. The monthly cost is $24/£24 after a 30-day free trial.

Completing the new membership options are the Peloton Guide Membership ($24/£24 per month) and the Peloton All-Access Membership ($39/£39 per month). The All-Access membership offers access to Lanebreak and Scenic classes and allows subscribers to create up to 20 profiles for their entire household.

Peloton’s free app membership, known as Peloton App Free, includes a selection of new gym workouts called “Peloton Gym.” These workouts are specifically designed for users interested in strength training and are accessed through the app. The sessions require access to free weights and weights machines. Instead of the usual follow-along format, the workouts are presented as a list with descriptions and short video demonstrations for each exercise. Users can mark completed moves with a swipe and track their progress with a timer.

These new membership options aim to cater to a wider range of users and provide flexibility in accessing Peloton’s fitness content.
