Reading Time: < 1 minute I need a new, more modern, pair I think.

Well, at the moment I’m using my run to try to regain lost fitness from 6 weeks of a torn calf injury. The low-point was 3 weeks into the injury when I was getting fitness withdrawal symptoms and had to ‘go for a walk’. Something I’ve not done for quite a while.

The highlight was today being back onto my New Balance racing flats with race day a  couple of weeks away. Not a tinge of pain. Bliss
