Muscle Building Supplementation

Eesh. there’s a lot of rubbish out there about muscle building.

I’m assuming you are not vegetarian.

Good. That makes it MUCH easier to get all the amino acids you need in your protein.

Good food training and sleep will get you way over 90% of the muscle.

To help with the other 10%:

  • Whey protein during and after the gym is obviously good. But what else?
  • CREATINE and BETA-ALANINE are cheap and safe and work. As far as I know they are legal. Don’t bother with anything else. IMO.

PS I was vegetarian for a long time
