Tough Mudder being pushed towards bankruptcy

Tough Mudder Being Pushed Towards BankruptcySince 2010, Tough Mudder has hosted a series of challenging obstacle course races. Yet since 2013 the company has lost money every year apart from 2015 according to this case: Alleged Debtor Tough Mudder Inc. 20-10036, U.S. Bankruptcy Court, District of Delaware.

In that case, Valley Builders LLC, Trademarc Associates Inc. and David Watkins Homes Inc. claim that Tough Mudder owes them $855,000 and have started to try to force Tough Mudder into involuntary bankruptcy.

Furthermore, as you can see from the image above, their website is no longer selling tickets and even if that situation changes you might want to think carefully about parting with your hard-earned cash.

Tough Mudder’s impressive list of sponsors includes Under Armour.
