Has Samsung announced Galaxy Fit4?

No. Samsung has published the Galaxy Fit4 Manager app in the Galaxy Store, but it has not announced the band, its price or a release date.

Will Galaxy Fit4 work with iPhone?

The app is a plugin for Samsung’s Galaxy Wearable app, which runs only on Android, so Galaxy Fit4 is likely to need an Android phone as Galaxy Fit3 does.
