Can the Amazfit Helio Strap vibrate for phone notifications?

Not with Zepp’s own app. The unofficial Android app OpenStrap (version 2.0.0 and later) makes the strap vibrate for incoming calls and phone notifications.

Does OpenStrap work on iPhone?

No. OpenStrap is Android-only, requires Android 9 or newer, and the first pairing still needs the Zepp app.
