About the Wahoo KICKR RUN

The KICKR RUN is Wahoo’s premium smart treadmill, designed to bring the feel of outdoor running indoors. Its headline feature is RunFree Mode, which uses position-sensing technology to adjust belt speed to your stride in near real time, allowing hands-free running without touching the speed controls.

Gradient control runs from a 3% decline to a 15% incline, adjusting automatically when connected to compatible apps. This makes it directly usable with Zwift Run for simulated route terrain. Target Pace Control allows precise speed setting via a physical paddle for structured interval work.

The running surface includes lateral tilt of up to 1.5 degrees to engage stabilising muscles as outdoor terrain would. Maximum speed supports a four-minute mile pace. Wahoo describes it as exceptionally quiet even at that speed.
