Expert opinion
The Active 3 Premium delivers a blend of everyday smartwatch functionality and fitness tracking at a mid-range price. It features a sapphire glass AMOLED display, reliable health monitoring, and long battery life, aimed at users who want a stylish wearable without paying flagship prices.
It carries the same advanced running metrics as the higher tiers, including lactate threshold, running power and ground contact time, alongside offline maps and Zepp Coach plans. It lacks the endurance battery modes and trail-specific navigation of the Balance and T-Rex series. The stainless steel case and 3,000-nit sapphire display are notable at this price.
