Will Amazfit Active 2 and Bip 6 get new features?

Amazfit’s roadmap to February 2027 lists one new feature for Active 2 Round, Active 2 Square and Bip 6: iOS Notification Forwarding for iPhone owners in the EU, due in November. Amazfit says map optimisation, route navigation, Training Calendar and training courses will not be supported.

Why are Active 2 and Bip 6 getting fewer updates?

Amazfit says the watches have hardware memory limitations, so it can only add the most critical functions and optimisations shown on its roadmap. It suggests newer models for other new functions.
