4 nights now on ours and so far so good. My wife and I are both impressed how it really is silent and you don’t notice the pad. My wife likes the heat aspect. Unfortunately it will be a few months before we can really test out the cooling part which is the main point. (we are in
We’ve been looking at cooling beds for years. We’ve been tempted by the Eight Sleep multiple times during the Black Friday sales after reading your recommendations but were always put off by the monthly fees. We almost went with the Sleep Number cooling mattress until we realized it has no smarts to it.
We’ve gone with the cheapest monthly plan as the only benefit of the middle tier is the extra 3 years of warranty. We’ll take our chances.
it’s definitely a great product…just expensive!
you should find cooling equally as effective. perhaps the only downer i found was that in years gone by it foudn it ahrd to adjust to the seasonal change. (one manual change needed). but there have been various updates on that fron so lets see how it works.
unless you have a cat you ‘ll be happy with it!!!!!! 🙂
With the price of good mattresses these days, the price actually isn’t that crazy. Especially if helps us both sleep better. That’s priceless. The hard part with shelling out this much money is if you aren’t confident it’s going to work for you. So thanks for the tips on it, and the discount code.
I haven’t seen anything else out there that is as promising as this.
Also putting it into perspective, how much are most of us willing to shell out on our bikes to get a few extra seconds off our race times?
indeed so.
it helps maintain the life of an existing mattresss to a degree.
i wrote a story here a few years ago about how one of the tdf teams use eight sleep. quite a lot of pro athetes do use it for recovery.
not sure how portable it is for an individual athlete tho!!
