Wahoo – 3 new firmware additions today
Today you can download 3 worthwhile updates to your ELEMNT bike computers that contain
- Ability to show Varia Radar bar on Right side of the screen from settings in the ELEMNT app (via @gpllama)
- Local country map updates via the ELEMNT app.
- Addition of legend and scale to X and Y axes of climbing screens when following a route
Just the last of those needs a little more explanation.
When you are following a route the amount of zoom on the elevation profile is indicated in the bottom left-hand corner. In the image above I am showing the TOTAL route profile. The Y-axis scale adjusts to the extremes of whatever is displayed.
I couldn’t get the Varia part of the update to work despite trying on an original ELEMNT and the ROAM. All these updates should work on all ELEMNT bike computers.
