v4.6.274 of Whoop from about 24th June seems to be the version that enables the live lock screen feature. I did look for it a couple of days ago when first seen in the wild by some lucky Reddit users but, for some reason, the latest Whoop app was not available in my region. It is now!

Other than getting onto the correct version of Whoop, checking the firmware, and authorising Whoop to use the lock screen, there’s nothing special to do. You end up with a screen that will be something similar to this during a workout
At the bottom of the screen, you can see the heart rate, zones and other live workout info from Whoop.
The eagle-eyed amongst you will have also spotted the Whoop battery status at the TOP of the screen showing 36%. I’ve got a few other sensor battery status snippets of info in the same place from Stryd, Ultrahuman, and Oura. However, these are WIDGETS and different types of info than the live data at the bottom.
