Lezyne have just announced an update for their Year10 (2017) devices. Basically , the ones i the picture above. If you have an earlier model like the plain Super GPS (as opposed to ENHANCED Super GPS) then the last firmware for you was in December 2016 – you can safely assume you won’t be getting any new presents on your devices.
I have the Super GPS and the Blue strap coloured one in the image abaove, the Lezyne Enhanced Micor C GPS. So with the latter I get the goodies. The main goodies are planning/workout focussed, essentially this is a good sign that the Lezyne devices are still actively being developed:
What’s new:
Full integration with TrainingPeaks and Today’s Plan training apps
Training specific data fields
Custom workouts
Indoor training mode
Improved elevation accuracy for GPS devices with a barometer
Turn “Quick GPS” on or off (GPS Watches only) to improve battery runtime or to acquire a GPS signal quicker.
GPS Ally phone app v3.06 updates:
Full integration with TrainingPeaks and Today’s Plan training apps
Offline route sync
Heart rate and power zone support
Simplified Bluetooth pairing
Improved Bluetooth stability
