Simba Hybrid Mattress Review 😴 perfect combo for Eight Sleep Topper

This is a review of my Simba Hybrid Mattress, a high-quality mattress I used as a base for my Eight Sleep topper. There seemed little point in having all that high-tech sleep gear on my aging Seeley mattress which was good in its time. But it’s time was a long time ago. Simba collected the old mattress and delivered the new one rolled up in a box and took it upstairs to my bedroom. Great Service. I unrolled it myself and after 2 hours it was ready to use with only a mild chemical smell that went after a day or so.

Summary

WHICH rated this mattress as one of the Top 50 of 2020 and my sleep quality reinforced their recommendation. I weigh just over 70kg and this mattress provides the medium-firm level of support it advertises. It’s super comfy. Other than great sleep there’s not much more to say except that it seemed to add a degree of coolness when sleeping in my relatively hot house.

Looking in more detail at its precise performance characteristics, there was very little sinkage for me into the mattress, if you weigh more it could be different. My partner is a similar weight and the mattress definitely accommodated each of us differently and didn’t roll us together or anything like that.

We both sleep on our sides which was fine, even at the edges of the mattress.

Overall it delivers on the claims of providing firmness, bounce, breathability and all-night comfort. It’s probably suitable for most body types.
