
I like this infographic. Not sure on how correct it is though. Any thoughts? Here are mine (If I say true it means I agree with their ‘FACT’):

- Hmmm. HRMs are pretty accurate to within, say, +/-5bpm. The ‘Fact’ quoted is pretty flawed.

- Gross generalisation and false if taken literally. Though broadly true I guess.
- False. A whey protein shake is metabolised much quicker than all those things listed methinks.

- This must be false. You have to raise that water to 37 degreesC. And that MUST take energy.
