Stryd 5 was launched in late 2025 and sold out relatively quickly.

Bottom line
- It’s a good product that gives accurate running pace across a range of paces and is likely the most accurate running power meter (unproven) because it has the most accurate inputs to its model
- The ecosystem is extensive, and the free part is all you need. Runners-only will get the most benefit
- Most people only need one pod
- if you’re very interested in gait analysis, then the decision to get two pods and go for the subscription comes into play
- Stryd is compatible with just about every running watch ecosystem
