Garmin Fenix 9: first Retailer Lists 18 Product Variants

Garmin Fenix 9: 18 Product Listings Surface Ahead of Tuesday’s Livestream

The outdoor product tease for Garmin’s confirmed livestream for Tuesday, 25 August at 1:00 PM CET has now been followed by what looks to be a genuine retailer leak. Czech online store SkiAndBike has listed 18 Fenix 9 configurations, first spotted by Fitness Tracker Test.

The listings split into three tiers by product number, consistent across sizes:

Model Size Product no.
Fenix 9 43mm 010-04671
Fenix 9 47mm 010-04672
Fenix 9 51mm 010-04673
Fenix 9 Pro / inReach 43mm 010-04335
Fenix 9 Pro / inReach 47mm 010-04336
Fenix 9 Pro / inReach 51mm 010-04337
Fenix 9 Pro MIP-Solar inReach 47mm 010-04338
Fenix 9 Pro MIP-Solar inReach 51mm 010-04339

A separate write-up of the same listings lists the base model product numbers as 010-04761 through 010-04763, then elsewhere in the same piece states the base models are 010-04671 through 010-04673. Fitness Tracker Test’s numbers match that second, internally consistent figure, so we’ve used those here.

Four of the six 43mm listings carry inReach satellite messaging, a case size the Fenix 8 Pro never offered. No 43mm MIP-Solar variant appears in any of the 18 listings. MIP-Solar stays exclusive to the Pro inReach tier at 47mm and 51mm, matching what this site’s own size and confidence table already concluded.

Neither Enduro 4 nor Fenix E2 appear on the retailer. Fitness Tracker Test points out that SkiAndBike still lists the outgoing Enduro 3, which raises the possibility that Tuesday’s event covers the Fenix 9 range alone, with Enduro 4 and Fenix E2 following separately.

A follow-up from Garmin Rumors matches colour and finish to each SKU: Bare Titanium Fog Gray and Gold Titanium at 43mm, Carbon DLC Black and Titanium Autumn Orange/Spark among the 47mm and 51mm options, plus a Titanium Pebble Gray/Silver Gray finish exclusive to both Pro Solar inReach sizes. Only the 51mm listings carry “Pro” in the title for the inReach AMOLED tier; the 47mm versions use the same product number, 010-04336, but the retailer’s naming drops “Pro” from the title there. That looks like inconsistent listing copy rather than a missing 47mm Pro model, since the product number ties it to the same tier as the 51mm Pro.

Prices are listed in Czech koruna and don’t convert cleanly to US or UK MSRP. Fitness Tracker Test notes that current Czech pricing for the Fenix 8 range suggests the Fenix 9 lineup is priced higher across the board, consistent with rising component costs.

My favourite kit and nutrition

  • Garmin charging puck — the fastest and most reliable way to top up your Garmin before a session. I use one.
  • Ravemen FR300 — Front light that mounts directly under your Garmin or Wahoo head unit. Keeps your bars clean and your beam pointed where it matters. I use one.
  • Body Glide – The blue anti-chafe stick that all swimmers and many runners use. I use it.
  • Maurten — The race nutrition trusted by elite athletes. Gels and drink mixes engineered to be easy on the stomach. I use them.
  • Garmin Varia RTL515 — A radar rear light that alerts you to vehicles approaching from behind. Pairs with your Edge or Wahoo. I use this model.
  • Favero Assioma Pro RS2 — The power-meter pedals most serious cyclists choose. Accurate, easy to move between bikes. I use this model.
  • Garmin Forerunner 970 — A serious choice for a pro-grade triathlon watch. I use this.
  • Polar H10 — My daily driver for accurate, waking HRV readings.
  • Wahoo ELEMNT Roam 3 — The bike computer that has the feature Garmin lacks: usability. I use mine on most rides.

  1. No 43mm MIP really really sucks. Those of us with smaller wrists were hoping they’d get it together for this release.
