Zepp Health’s Q2 2026 earnings call settled the two questions that have been open for months: how many more Amazfit products are coming this year, and whether the brand’s subscription-free positioning is changing.
The subscription question
Chief Financial Officer Leon Deng told analysts the Zepp App already carries subscription-style features for sleep and stress management, with no plans to charge for core functions. He called free professional features a competitive advantage, not a missed subscription opportunity, but left open that subscriptions could be added in the future (read as ‘not planned’).
That confirms what this site’s Amazfit content has always said, i.e. no Amazfit feature, including HybridCharge, sleep staging, training load, or HYROX workout tools, has ever required a recurring payment. Deng extends that policy and sharpens the contrast with Garmin’s expanding Connect+ subscription, where CEO Cliff Pemble has confirmed multiple new paywalled features in development.
One or two launches left
Amazfit launched six products in Q2, which Deng said drove the quarter’s unusually high marketing spend. He expects only one or two more before December.
That matches what this site laid out in June. Seven products had shipped by then, with the Helio Ring 2 and Helio Strap 2 confirmed for H2, bringing the tally to nine against Amazfit’s own guidance of ten or more launches in 2026. One slot has remained open since.

Falcon 2 or T-Rex Dual Solar
Two separate leaked products have circulated as candidates for that last slot. The Falcon 2 surfaced first via a Zepp app code teardown and a regulatory filing, both in the March to April time frame, with nothing since.
The T-Rex Dual Solar was leaked in a separate regulatory filing with its full name, and a reference to Solar Boost Mode also found inside the Zepp app.
The two devices sit in different parts of the range. Falcon is Amazfit’s premium multi-sport line, a titanium-bodied rival to the entry-level Garmin Fenix tier. T-Rex is the rugged outdoor family, and Dual Solar would add solar charging to a range already built around long battery life and offline mapping.
Falcon 2 may have stalled for a reason. Wang Huang told analysts on the same call that combining premium materials with a reliable antenna that delivers excellent GPS performance is an engineering problem, and Deng went further, admitting the Balance 3’s titanium and steel builds have been difficult to manufacture at scale. This site’s own testing of the Balance 3 found GPS accuracy fell to 77% (from 85% on the Balance 2), and attributed that to the new case and antenna. Falcon 2 shares would share that same case type
