Whoop Navigator Band – What’s New

Navigator is a new WHOOP band (April 2026) and is shipping now. It sits above SuperKnit and SportFlex in the 5.0 and MG accessory range, starting at $79 and is only just cheaper than a low-end sports watch on sale.

WHOOP continues to expand the strap options around the 5.0 and MG strap models. Navigator is the latest and the most rugged, judging by the marketing imagery, whoop is aiming for outdoor adventurers like climbers and hikers. These people will likely give their Whoops a knock or two, so ruggedness and comfort are the keys for the day.

Price is £59 / $79 / €79. Two colours, Ridgeline and Evergreen. One size, approximately 24 cm.

What separates Navigator from the rest of the range

  • Abrasion-resistant nylon construction
  • Reinforced stainless steel hardware with a foldover clasp
  • No-slip adjustable closure designed to hold under load
  • Compatible with WHOOP 5.0 and MG only

WHOOP positions it for rock climbing, rucking, hiking, and multi-day trips. One reference point is a Garmin Fenix on the wrist, assuming the strap will withstand whatever the day demands. Navigator brings that same confidence to a WHOOP setup, where the tracker itself is small, and the strap is the only component keeping it on the body. The key difference is that Whoop is a passive data collector (no screen), so you are free to enjoy your adventure, and if you get lost,  then you’ll need to rely on your smartphone maps, not those on your Fenix.

The angle is freedom.

A secure, abrasion-resistant strap removes the small mental tax of checking whether the device is still where it should be. The recovery and strain numbers keep building in the background, and attention returns to the route, the weather, and the company.

Navigator is available now from the WHOOP shop.
